As a small artisan company, all Moth & Myth pieces are made to order and individually crafted. Due to the nature of our work, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Product Representation

We take great care to accurately photograph and describe every item on our website. The specimens shown in our listings are the exact pieces you will receive, not stock images or examples. Natural variation, texture, and color are inherent characteristics of handmade and specimen-based work, and these details are intentionally represented in our photography.

Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference, aesthetic dissatisfaction, or claims that an item does not meet expectations when it matches the product listing and photographs.

Cancellations & Shipping Issues

• We do not accept cancellations due to a change of mind.

• We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date once an order has shipped, as postal delays are beyond our control.

• We cannot replace items that go missing or are undelivered due to incorrectly entered shipping addresses. Please review your delivery information carefully before placing your order.

• We are not responsible for orders stolen during transit or after delivery.
